Relaxing experience there. Quirky place and impeccably clean room. Good location, a short way from everywhere. Units with fresh flowers and french decor. Knowledgeable and efficient staff all over the place. Fab meals.

The location offered easy access to local attractions, and the room was bright and clean, with a Nespresso coffee machine that added a nice touch. While the check-in service was pleasant, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up from the concierge regarding recommended activities and a mapping service, despite their supposed courtesy. Breakfast in the room was really good, particularly the guava jam and avocado toast, elevating the dining experience throughout our stay.

Great location and ambience
Standard room is very small and has a view of the parking lot -- not great for $400 per night. I had to pay extra for a room upgrade.

Location: the hotel was just next door to a suggested restaurant as well as coffee shops. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Carmel Beach.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were inexperienced.

The breakfast was a highlight, served right up to our room-talk about VIP treatment! Plus, the historic vibe of the hotel really adds to the charm of Carmel. You can't beat that cozy feel after a day of exploring the local eateries like La Bicyclette or grabbing a sweet treat at Carmel Bakery.

The room was super cozy and clean, really loved how fresh it felt. The bathroom had a heated floor, awesome especially during chillier nights. A nice little surprise was the sea view, even though it was tiny. Honestly, the decor was charming and fit the vibe. It had everything we needed for a nice stay!

great experience with room for improvement
The friendly concierge provided excellent recommendations for local dining. The room had great natural light. I appreciated the Nespresso machine for a quick coffee fix.
The cute drink could be a bit more creative.
